Digital Options Trading Strategy

Successful binary trading and binary options strategies go hand in hand. A trading strategy is a plan on why, when and for how long a trader will take and keep a position. These trading strategies should use derivatives to accomplish initiating risk and are more commonly found in the binary options market. The options market allows a trader to take multiple asset classes to initiate risk for a particular view. The most commonly used binary options strategies are collar, covered call, market conditions, money management, defensive put and straddle.Try them out for yourself and choose the best binary options strategy for your needs, also are you not limited to use just one of These strategies, feel free to combine them for even better trading results!

Collar A collar or a risk reversal is when an investor buys a call and sells a put or vice versa. The main goal of this binary options strategy is to offset the cost of premium for the option that you purchasing by selling another option. If the investor completely offsets the premium from the option purchased, the collar is referred to as a costless collar. A collar is a profitable strategy and benefits the investor in that he does not have to pay out a lot of money on premium and also the risk on implied liability is greatly reduced.

Covered Call A covered call strategy or a call writing binary options strategy is when an investor or trader sells a call option with a view to enhance his portfolio earnings or to mitigate the portfolios risk profile. It is also defined as a call sold on an instrument that is currently owned by the investor. This binary options strategy is used for three main reasons

( 1 ) the investor will benefit by receiving income from the premium of a sold option

( 2 ) a portfolio will be protected from a market falling, and

( 3 ) to mitigate the downside risk of the market. This option also gives the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy the undering instrument at a specific price on or before a specific date.

Market Conditions The markets can be trending, range-bound or volatile and evaluating the particular market condition can be the difference between a successful trade and a losing trade. A trending market moves in a one direction over a period of time and the trends are classified as secular ( for long term time frames ), primary ( for mid-term periods ) and secondary trends ( for short-term periods ).

If the financial instrument is trending higher, the market is called a bull market trend and if trending lower, a bear market trend. A range bound market on the other hand is when a financial instruments moves up and down in a narrow range. The range bound market occurs when supply and demand for a financial instrument is equal. A volatile market occurs when a financial market moves quickly in one direction.

Traders look at the VIX (volatility index) to measure if the market is volatile or is going to be volatile. Bull trending markets have low volatility while bear trend markets have high volatility levels. A trader should examine the type of market a financial instrument is currently experiencing to determine the type of position to take.

Money Management The ability to manage risk appropriately is one of the most important tools of successful trading. Money management is a defensive concept that keeps you trading daily. It uses two concepts trade size and stop placement. A stop placement does not address the question of how much capital should be allocated to a position. This strategy allows merchants to form an alternative method to protect their investments.

Protective Put Protective Put allows the investor a full hedging coverage. The investor is protected from a breakeven point down to zero. The buyer has privileges of owning several stock holdings. He can also sell his stock on strike value before its expiration date. In this strategy, the investor is the option buyer.

Straddle This is an investment where the trader buys both a put and a call at the same strike level, with the hopes that the straddle will make up for the premium invested. Overall, investors who are interested to learn about the binary options strategies find it very easy to trade because they can predict if you are right or wrong, when you will have a bull or a bear market and if you can trade multiple times with the same Asset.

DIY Vermicomposting – A Worm Farm on a Budget

Have you wanted to set up a home worm farm, but been put off by the high cost of purchasing one of the neat “designer label” multi-tiered “vermicomposting” kits, promoted by garden centres and mail order companies? Well, let’s cut through the crap! – ITS ACTUALLY NO SECRET !!! -You can easily make your own DIY three bin kit for a just a few dollars and your worms will be as happy as little pigs in the yellow stuff, with no big bad wolf in sight. Moreover, you don’t need to be an expert handyman to achieve this!

  • Hardware stores, supermarkets and camping outlets sell tough, general purpose black (opaque) plastic storage containers for a very reasonable price. These are usually tapered so that they can be nested to facilitate stacking on the retailer’s shelves and come with a “snap-fit”ce lid. For your worm farm, you will need three of these tapered containers (but only one lid). For a simple home worm farm I would advise going for 12 gallon (45 litre) containers. Typically, they will be about 15 inches deep (400mm). You can go smaller, if you want.
  • In the first storage container, drill a 3/8 inch (15mm hole), centrally placed, in the side of the bin, just above the base. Insert a ½ inch (12mm) cheap plastic barrel or irrigation tap (with washers) into your hole and tighten fast with lock nuts – make sure you get a good seal – test by filling the container with tap water. This container is to be the lowest one in your stack and will retain the highly nutritional “worm tea” leachate, that will start dripping down from the composting bins above. Worm tea is a valuable liquid organic fertilizer, that can be diluted and used directly on your organic vegetables.

The two upper bins will actually hold the worms. They are to be identical and are prepared as follows : -

  • Drill a pattern of ¼ inch (6mm) holes across the entire base of each container for drainage and to allow drainage and the upward migration of the compost worms, these holes should be regularly spaced at approx two inch (50mm) centres in either direction.
  • For aeration, drill two rows of ¼ inch (6mm) holes at two inch (50mm) centres, in a continuous band around each of the bins. This band of holes would be about four inches (100mm) below the top rim of the bin.
  • It is not essential to drill holes in the lid, which is closed tightly over the upper bin. as you should get enough air through the sides.
  • You first set up the lower (sump) bin on bricks or blocks, allowing enough space to tap off the fluid from beneath it. Choose a shady location for the worm farm (in a shed or garage, if you are subject to frosts).
  • The second and third bins are “nested” within each other and dropped into the sump bin. To maintain a working space for the worms, and for accumulation of compost, you need a few spacers or packers of about six to eight inches height, between the two upper bins and some smaller packers of about four inches in the lower (sump) bin. You can use wood blocks or sealed food jars for packers. The packers also prevent the tapered worm bins from jamming together.
  • To prevent “nasty bugs” from squeezing in between the bins, you should close (caulk) the small gap between them with strips of shade cloth, or mosquito netting.

Now you are ready to go into production. Space prevents us from giving fully detailed notes here for the fine points of operating the system, such as choosing and feeding your worms, eradicating pests and maintaining the worm farm etc – you can visit our website for this information. However, just make sure that you cover the following points: -

  • Set up your worms in the top bin with a good (damp) fibrous bedding (or even shredded newspaper) and after a few days you will be ready to start feeding in your kitchen scraps. Cover the food with more bedding material to discourage pests and keep the lid closed.
  • Make sure the worm farm is never allowed to dry out, by sprinkling water over the bedding periodically, if there is not already enough moisture coming from the food scraps.
  • When the top bin has been fully productive for a while, the worms will multiply and compost will be start accumulating from the worm castings. When the quantity of compost is meaningful, stop putting feed into this bin and swap over the upper two bins by putting bin No 2 to the top of the stack, with bin No 1 now in the middle. Set up this new top bin with clean bedding, a small amount of the old castings and immediately start feeding your kitchen scraps into it. The worms will naturally migrate upwards towards the new food source, leaving the lower bin with only a few stragglers and ready for the harvesting of your compost within about three weeks after the swap.
  • All you need to do is to keep repeating the process of alternating the top two bins on a regular basis, taking out the compost, whenever it accumulates, and tapping off the worm tea from time to time. Use both products in your garden and grow delicious fully organic vegetables and stunning roses. Sit back and enjoy the fruit of your labours – your worms are doing most of the work anyway!

Pros and Cons of Watching Television

Many of us love watching TV especially during our free time and if we don’t have anything to do. We like watching TV while eating our favorite snacks or hanging around in a friend’s place. Either way we are entertained when we watch TV. There are many different programs we can watch on TV depending on our mood and our personality. Some love watching comedy and talk shows while others particularly kids and those who are young at heart love watching cartoons on Cartoon Network or Disney channel.

But then, watching TV has its advantages and disadvantages. Experts say that too much watching of TV especially among children is not good for the health and the mind. TV can be entertaining and informative yet at times it can be damaging and harmful.

Below are the Pros and Cons of watching TV.

Pros:

1.) Entertainment and Laughter

We are entertained by shows we love to watch. We laugh at things we find funny and comical in the TV program we are watching. We also love to dance or sing along with celebrities we see on TV and some of us even copy their dance moves and singing styles.

2.) Information and How-To

We learn a lot of information about places and people that we usually don’t learn on magazines, books and newspapers. There are travel shows that show us beautiful places in the world and inform us the culture of different countries which can be a great help especially if we are planning to travel. We also easily learn how to cook new recipes by watching cooking shows and we can learn doing some other stuff through programs that show step-by-step procedures of performing a particular work, exercise or other interesting stuff.

3.) Improve Memory and Easy Learning

We usually take note of the time schedule for our favorite programs especially if it is only shown once or twice a week. We tend to store and recall the things that recently happened in our favorite show before the next episode will be shown on TV. This will help enhance our memory which we can apply on our daily life. For children, it is easier to learn math, science, alphabet and other subject matters if someone can show them how to do it like counting, identifying objects and a lot more. Educational TV shows are available for children to watch and learn.

4.) Bonding With Family and Friends

Watching TV is a great way to bond with family and friends especially on weekends. You can laugh and discuss things that you see on TV. That can be really fun.

5.) Awareness and Alertness

Weather reports and current news on different parts of the worlds can make you aware of what is happening outside your country. You can also be alert when there is an incoming typhoon in your area and that can help you get prepared.

Cons:

1.) Decline in creativity and imagination.

TV shows including commercials have tendency to share their creative works on us and impart their ideas and opinions on us which is not favorable and can lead to a decline in our creativity and imagination since we can not think on our own since creative stuff are readily available and shared to us.

2.) Health problems

We usually eat junk foods or any of our favorite snacks while watching TV. This is not good for our health because we tend to eat a lot while we are sitting down facing the television. This can lead to obesity since we don’t move a lot when we watch TV. This can also lead to other serious ailments caused by eating a lot and moving less.

3.) Makes people lazy

Most of us get hooked when watching programs of our favorite TV channel. We sometimes even forget to do our work or other important things because we got engaged in the show we are watching. Some people forget to do their household chores because they would rather watch TV than work.

4.) Some shows don’t teach good values.

There are TV programs that do not teach good values particularly to children. Instead of teaching them good deeds they even imitate, re-enact or spoof important things happening around us which is not good for children to watch.

To sum up, in watching TV you should choose and monitor the TV programs that you and your children should watch. Choose programs that can help you learn and grow as a person. You should also limit the time your children spend in watching TV. The maximum number of hours small kids should watch TV is 3 hours while for teenagers you should make sure they watch good shows only when they are done with homework and projects.

It's The Law

Billboards tell us to wear our seat belts because it's the law. I envision a day when prominent signs and ads say: "Your thoughts create your life," and "Like attractions like." We would have constant reminders of the Law of Cause and Effect everywhere we go. Actually, we do have constant reminders of this law wherever we go. In his classic book, The Science of Mind, Ernest Holmes says: "Everyone joins to himself just what he is, and we may set it down that where we are, however intolerable the situation may be, we are just where we belong." I may add that however joyous a situation may be could also be just where we belong.

Charles Fillmore said in his book: Prosperity, "All true action is governed by law. Nothing just happens. There are no miracles. There is no such thing as luck. Nothing comes by chance. Explained under the law of cause and effect. " A Course In Miracles says: "Everything you see is the result of your thoughts. There is no exception to this fact." The Bible tells us that we will reap whatever we sow.

Most of us understand this law academically. The difficulty is in living it consciously. It is a law that you can not break. It is working whether or not you believe in it. You are reaping what you are sowing. Your thoughts, assumptions, beliefs, attitudes and feelings are mirrored back to you in your experiences of life. Why is it that we can pray, affirm, and think positive thoughts and still not experience changes in life that we desire?

The love of God continuously flows through us without our asking. When our thoughts and emotions are in tune with this Divine vibration, we experience joy, peace, and a sense of well being. When we are appreciating, loving, and creating harmony we are in the flow of Divine energy. When we look upon our world critically, fearfully, angrily, or with disappointment we are cutting off the flow. We label something as bad and our being begin to vibrate at the same frequency. I worry about not having enough money and my life experience becomes as one great magnetic field appealing to myself more money problems.

In Science, fields are invisible structures that occupy space and exert influence within that space. My thought forms occupation space creating a field around me. My thought and emotion create energy. My energy flows inward and outward. It flows inward, coloring my interpretation of people and events. It flows outward, looking for that which is in harmony with it, drawing it to me.

We do not merely respond to the stimuli around us; We create the stimuli. I decide what I am seeing, hearing and feeling. Your words to me are an attack, a call for help, or nothing at all depending on the choice I make. This is how my energy flows inward, influencing my responses at the mental, emotional, and physical levels.

Energy flows outward affecting external events. Years ago I was struggling to increase my consulting business. I was having trouble finding new clients. At the same time, I was spending time and energy looking for a full time job. I was afraid that my consulting practice would not increase. I was stuck, unable to increase business and unable to get a job.

My energy was flowing in two opposing directions. I really did not want a job. Conflict and fear in my thinking and emotions created a field of confusion. Finally, I made a decision to stop looking for a job and to commit to my consulting practice. I focused my energy on what I really wanted. I thought about how wonderful it would be to be successfully self-employed. Within two weeks I received a call from a client who offered me a large, well paying project. They happened to find a piece of paper with my name and number on it in an old file cabinet.

Fear is a focus on what is not desired. A focus on what is not desired puts us in vibrational harmony with what is not desired. We fill our field with thoughts and emotions that serve as attractors for exactly what we do not want. At the same time, the love of God is flowing to us. It is not appealing our heart's desires to us because we are cutting off the energy with our fearful thoughts and beliefs.

I may think: "Would not it be wonderful to have a successful business? Would not it be great to have more friends? Would not it feel fantastic to be more healthy? These thoughts and emotions begin to build a field for me As I lovingly hold my vision, the love of God flows into my field ever creating the desired effects. My appreciative energies serve as attractors, structuring my field of experience.

Often we follow up our loving thoughts with thoughts of doubt or fear. Old emotional tendencies kick in and take over. Let's say you want a new relationship and you create both the partnership and the loving feelings in your mind. Soon old fears take over. Your tendencies to feel lonely and to feel bad about past failures cut you off from the love you felt a few moments ago. You want to get rid of these tendencies but you have trouble letting go of the payoffs you're receiving for staying right where you are. It's safer to be alone. It's easier to not try than to fail again.

There may not be an exact formula to change our fields in order to experience greater well being. This is what I use:

1. I identify what I do not want.

2. I identify, specifically, what I do want.

3. I identify the feeling of well being that comes to mind when I think about what I want.

4. I choose which feeling I wish to create (the feeling that comes from living with what I do not want or the feeling that comes with experiencing what I do want?)

5. I make a commitment to what I want, and become what I want. If I want a loving relationship I need to become one who relates lovingly. I need to think, visualize, walk, talk, and feel as if my vision were already here.

6. I trust Spirit to deliver that which is highest and best for me. I am unattached to specific results trusting Spirit to decide.

Ultimately, the specific things and situations we desire are not what is important. It is the creation of an enhanced state of well being that matters. As we create this state we create a field of well being around us. This field influences all who intersect it, assisting them to create greater well being, too. The love of God, as true cause, flows through us, creating conditions that enhance joy. This is the only way to positively change ourselves and the world. It's the law.
